What is Better Than a Perfect Ten? RockResorts Announces The Eleven Biscayne Hotel & Spa at the Marquis Residences in Miami, Florida

BROOMFIELD, CO – January 18, 2007 – RockResorts announced today that its new luxury boutique hotel in Miami Florida, previously known as Marquis Hotel & Spa, will be re-named Eleven Biscayne Hotel & Spa. The new name, reflecting the hotel’s address at Eleven Hundred Biscayne Boulevard, honors premier developer Leviev Boymelgreen’s signature style and will be added to its portfolio of luxury projects including 60 Spring, 15 Broad and 20 Pine in New York and 50 On The Park in Toronto, Canada.
