This June, Breckenridge welcomes its first RockResort and new deluxe ski-in/ski-out resort property One Ski Hill Place, A RockResort. To celebrate its opening, One Ski Hill Place is offering “Be The First” June rates. Plus, the resort has an early booking incentive for skiers and snowboarders who are eager for the 2010-2011 ski season at Breckenridge which begins Nov. 12, 2010, the same date as the One Ski Hill Place grand opening party. 

“Be The First” Special Rates – Guests who book by June 1, 2010 for a stay in the month of June at One Ski Hill Place, A RockResort, will save up to a third off (33 percent) the regular room rates with the special ”Be The First” offer that includes complimentary breakfast. Enjoy the best in Colorado mountain leisure and adventure from shopping in downtown Breckenridge to alpine slides and mountain biking at Breckenridge Ski Resort’s Peak 8 Fun Park*. Rates start from $75 per person, per night in a one-bedroom accommodation (based on double occupancy). Valid for travel from June 1 to June 30, 2010. *The Peak 8 Fun Park opens June 18, weather permitting.

Early Bird Winter Package – One Ski Hill Place, A RockResort will celebrate the start of Breckenridge’s ski season on Nov. 12, 2010 with its grand opening celebration. With ski-in/ski-out access to four chairlifts at the base of Peak 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort, One Ski Hill Place is the place to stay in Breckenridge this winter. It’s never too early to plan for ski season. Book by July 1 for stays between Nov. 12, 2010 – April 24, 2011 and save up to 44 percent. Rates start from $81 per person, per night in a one-bedroom accommodation (based on double occupancy).
