LOCATION: Situated on 19 spectacular beachfront acres on Rodney Bay, near the northern tip of St. Lucia in the West Indies, The Landings is the island’s top, full-service luxury resort offering the ideal spot for an unforgettable island getaway.

OPENING DATE: Phase One of The Landings St. Lucia opened December 19, 2007.  This phase included 62 one-, two- and three-bedroom villa suites, entrance pavilion, RockResorts Spa, fitness gallery, pool, watersports concession, four-acre private yacht harbor, Viscount Lounge and The Beach Club restaurant.

THE RESORT: The Landings St. Lucia is an exclusive waterfront residential development where guests can get pampered in the 7,000-square-foot RockResorts Spa, relax by the 800-foot beach or resort pool, take an excursion to a superb snorkeling and diving site, or enjoy a drink by the pier and watch the sunset.  Amenities include a private yacht harbor with 80 yacht moorings, helicopter access, Viscount Lounge, The Beach Club restaurant and bar, fitness gallery, salon and RockResorts Spa, concierge services and three swimming pools.  The Landings features water sports and beach services including sailboats, kayaks, snorkeling equipment and more.Guests entering the resort step into the airy, elegant five-story grand pavilion, featuring a spectacular three-story waterfall comprised of indigenous dark green andesite stone, and walls clad in coral rendering handmade by Guyanese artisans. Custom-made chandeliers of alabaster and coral highlight the grand staircase leading up to the second floor RockResorts Spa. The lobby houses original locally-crafted art and a replica of the historic HMS Victory, the most famous ship in the history of the Royal Navy that is best known as Horatio Nelson's flagship at the Battle of Trafalgar in October 1805.

ACCOMMODATIONS: The Landings St. Lucia is designed to make expert use of Rodney Bay’s natural harbor. Each accommodation features breathtaking views of the beach, harbor, lagoon or channel. There is a mix of 122 spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom residence condos including 2,300 square-foot three-bedroom Grand Suites. Each suite ranges in size from 900 to 2,300 square-feet and features a fully equipped, high-end kitchen with premium-brand appliances, spacious living room, dining room, powder room, washing machine and dryer, bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite, two large balconies or a landscaped terrace. Many have four-poster beds in the master bedrooms, and most ground floor and top floor condos have heated, jetted plunge pools. All suites include air conditioning, satellite television and high-speed Internet connections.

Interior and exterior finishes reflect quality stone, porcelain ceramics, fine hardwoods and quality craftsmanship.  Each suite is designed in either traditional or contemporary Caribbean style. Traditional suites blend European and Caribbean décor with Italian and local coral porcelain tile, kitchens highlighted with Tuscan-stone mosaics, traditional West Indian mahogany furniture, and antique and bamboo accents. Contemporary suites bring the freshness of the Caribbean indoors with aqua, teal and sky-blue accents, hand-rubbed paint finishes, and rattan and smoothly honed marble.

RESTAURANTS: The Landings St. Lucia offers The Beach Club serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as in-room dining.  The menu reflects Caribbean and Mediterranean influences, and utilizes the island’s seafood and fruit from local farmers and markets. Culinary creations include regional and international fare favorites with a twist.  Guests can also enjoy the Viscount Lounge, located in the arrival Pavilion.  The Viscount Lounge features premium wines and spirits, a Tapas menu and commanding views of the resort’s yacht harbor.

SOCIAL EVENTS: With its ideal location, magnificent views, luxury accommodations, world-class amenities and exciting activities, The Landings St. Lucia is the perfect spot for an intimate destination wedding or family reunion. The resort’s beach and landscaped gardens provide a picturesque backdrop for wedding ceremonies, cocktail parties and outdoor receptions.

ROCKRESORTS SPA: The 7,000 square-foot RockResorts Spa features eight treatment rooms (including one couples’ room), several relaxation rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness gallery and a full-service salon. 

Guests can enjoy locally-inspired body treatments and massages, workout in the fitness center with free weights and exercise machines, or take yoga and Pilates classes. Offering more than 40 spa treatments and three signature treatments, the spa blends the traditional St. Lucian culture with innovative techniques drawn from the global spa community. Each signature treatment invigorates and replenishes the skin through St. Lucian spices including hints of Vanilla, Bay Leaf, Ginger and Cinnamon.  Traditional Coal Pots with local herbs, spices and fragrant botanicals are placed throughout the spa.

PRIVATE YACHT
HARBOR: The resort is centered around an 80-slip private yacht harbor, which invites guests to take a water taxi from the main pavilion to their guest room.  The four-acre state-of-the-art yacht harbor is exclusive to The Landings’ owners and guests and has been honored with the coveted Bentley International Property Awards for “Best Marina Development” and “Best Caribbean Development.”

HOTEL SERVICES: 24-hour concierge service is available to arrange travel, sightseeing, activities and dining. The Landings also offers private parking and high-speed wireless Internet in the Pavilion.

ACTIVITIES: Recreation abounds year-round in St. Lucia. Guests can relax and swim at the beach or at the resort pool or golf at the nearby St. Lucia Golf & Country Club. St. Lucia is known for its scuba diving, snorkeling, parasailing, deep sea fishing, sailing, jet skiing and other oceanic activities that can be chartered through The Landings’ Water Sports Concession.

 In addition to St. Lucia’s countless beautiful harbors and bays, the island features 19,000 acres of mountainous, tropical rainforest and 29 miles of trails, maintained in large part by organizations such as the St. Lucia National Trust and the Department of Forestry. Travelers can explore the Piton mountains and nearby Pigeon Island as well as go on tours of old plantations and botanical gardens. Biking is a popular way to enjoy the island. Additionally, All Terrain Vehicle tours are available, which take guests through St Lucia's lush countryside and banana plantations. Horseback riding, turtle and whale watching are offered.
