**Fall for Foliage package offers room upgrade, a local activity and special welcome amenity**

Broomfield, CO September 2, 2009 There are few things more beautiful than the changing of the leaves in autumn. RockResorts, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vail Resorts [NYSE: MTN], is offering the chance to experience breathtaking nature firsthand this fall at each of its various west and southwest properties from Aspen, Colorado to Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

The Fall for Foliage package offers guests a complimentary room upgrade in addition to a special welcome amenity. La Posada de Santa Fe in New Mexico will present guests with chips and fresh, homemade salsa upon arrival, whereas other mountain properties will provide a bottle of wine or an artisanal cheese plate for travelers to enjoy during their stay. Each resort package includes a unique activity, ranging from a scenic bike tour to view the autumn hues at The Lodge at Vail to a relaxing customized massage at Snake River Lodge & Spa in Jackson Hole.

The Fall for Foliage package is valid for travel now through October 31, 2009 with rates starting from just $125 per night based on double occupancy (rates and dates vary per property). Based on availability, blackout dates apply. In addition to the Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming RockResorts, this package is available at all Vail Resorts Hospitality locations.

To complement this seasonal package, RockResorts is launching an exclusive Click and Pick photo contest on and Facebook. Guests who travel to a RockResort property this fall can show off their photography skills by uploading their best outdoor/scenic shots for a chance to win. The grand winner of the contest will receive a free trip to the RockResort of their choice. For additional details and to enter, please visit
