RockResorts Welcomes Another Warm Weather Property to Its Resort Collection with the Addition of The Third Turtle Club & Spa in the Turks & Caicos Islands

BROOMFIELD, Colo. — March 13, 2008—RockResorts International, LLC announced today it will expand its warm weather luxury hotel collection with the addition of the Third Turtle Club & Spa, A RockResort, located on the island of Providenciales in the Turks & Caicos islands. RockResorts has been selected by Oceanpoint Developments Ltd. to manage all resort operations and to provide technical advisory services during the development of the resort. In addition to managing the project’s luxury residences and suites, spa facilities and restaurants, RockResorts will also manage the resort's commercial activities, private yacht harbor and beach club. RockResorts, a resort hotel company headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vail Resorts, Inc. (NYSE:MTN).

The Third Turtle Club & Spa is expected to open in 2011 and will feature one-, two-, three- and four- bedroom units. Each unit will benefit from having ocean or marina views with sliding pocket doors to maximize the panoramic views. The highest quality finishes and design elements will be incorporated across all areas of the property.
Offering Caribbean informal elegance, the resort’s facilities will consist of infinity edge pools, beach cabanas, restaurants ranging from casual to fine dining, waterfalls, Zen garden, world-class Spa, fitness center, tennis courts, 30-40 boat slips able to accommodate boats from 30 to 140 feet in length and a beach club with access to a variety of water sports. At one of the highest points on Providenciales, the Third Turtle Club & Spa will also offer unparalleled views of the island.
