PRE-OPENING FACT SHEET
LOCATION: Situated on 19 spectacular beachfront acres on Rodney Bay, near the northern tip of St. Lucia in the West Indies, The Landings will offer the ideal spot for an unforgettable, luxury island getaway.
OPENING DATE: The Landings St. Lucia will open in four distinct phases. Phase one, opening in December 2007, will include 62 one-, two- and three-bedroom guest suites, entrance pavilion, spa, salon, fitness center, pool, watersports center and the Beach Club restaurant.
Phases Two, Three and Four will incorporate additional suites, pools and restaurants and will be completed during 2008, 2009 and 2010.
THE RESORT: The Landings St. Lucia will be an exclusive waterfront residential development located on the most beautiful bay in St. Lucia. At this luxury resort, guests will be able to pamper themselves in the lavish 7,000-square-foot RockResorts Spa®, sail in and out of the full-service marina, relax on the 800-foot private beach or beside one of the resort’s many pools, take an excursion to a superb snorkeling and diving site, or enjoy a drink by the pier and watch the sun set.
Amenities include a marina with 80 yacht moorings, helicopter access, a seaside Beach Club restaurant and bar on the pier, fitness club, five star salon and spa, concierge services, swimming pools, hot tubs and tennis courts. The Landings will feature water sports and beach services offering sailboats, wind surfing, kayaks, snorkeling equipment and more.
ACCOMMODATIONS: The Landings St. Lucia will be designed to make expert use of Rodney Bay’s natural harbor. Each accommodation will feature breathtaking views of the idyllic beach, harbor, lagoon or channel.
There will be a mix of 231 one-, two- and three-bedroom grand residence condos. Each will feature a fully equipped, high-end kitchen with premium-brand appliances, spacious living room, dining room, powder room, bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite, two balconies or a landscaped terrace. Many will have four-poster beds in the master bedrooms, and all ground floor and top floor condos will have heated, jetted plunge pools. All suites will include air conditioning, satellite or cable television and high-speed Internet connections.
As a five-star luxury resort, interior and exterior finishes will reflect quality stone, porcelain ceramics, fine hardwoods and quality craftsmanship. Each suite will be designed in either traditional or contemporary Caribbean style. Traditional suites will blend European and Caribbean décor with Italian and local coral porcelain tile, kitchens highlighted with Tuscan-stone mosaics, traditional West Indian mahogany furniture, and antique and bamboo accents. Contemporary suites will bring the freshness of the Caribbean indoors with aqua, teal and sky-blue accents, hand-rubbed paint finishes, and rattan and smoothly honed marble.
RESTAURANTS: The Landings St. Lucia will offer The Beachfront Club Lounge and Restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as 24-hour in-room dining. Plans for future development phases include a Sunset Bar and Restaurant, located on a pier extension, as well as a gourmet restaurant and gourmet delicatessen, both to be located in the elegant, four-story Pavilion.

With its ideal location, magnificent views, luxury accommodations, world-class amenities and variety of exciting activities, The Landings St. Lucia is the perfect spot for an intimate destination wedding, family reunion or corporate retreat. The resort’s beach and lovely landscaped gardens will be a picturesque backdrop for wedding ceremonies, cocktail parties and outdoor receptions. For business meetings and corporate events, the spacious 2,000-square-foot meeting room and 600-square-foot boardroom will feature state-of-the-art technology.
ROCKRESORTS SPA®: The 7,000 square-foot RockResorts Spa at The Landings St. Lucia will feature eight treatment rooms (including one couples’ room), several relaxation rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a full-service salon.
At this exceptional spa, guests can pamper themselves with locally inspired body treatments and massages, workout in the fitness center with free weights and exercise machines, or enjoy yoga and Pilates classes.
HOTEL SERVICES: 24-hour concierge service will be available to arrange travel, sightseeing, activities and dining. The Landings will also offer private parking, and high-speed wireless Internet.
ACTIVITIES: Recreation abounds year-round in St. Lucia. Activities at The Landings include relaxing and swimming at the beach or at the resort pools, tennis at two on-site courts and golfing at the nearby St. Lucian Golf and Country Club. St. Lucia is famous for scuba diving, snorkeling, parasailing, deep sea fishing, sailing, jet skiing and other oceanic activities that can be chartered through The Landings’ Water Sports Concession.
In addition to St. Lucia’s countless beautiful harbors and bays, the island features 19,000 acres of mountainous, tropical rainforest and 29 miles of trails, maintained in large part by organizations such as the St. Lucia National Trust and the Department of Forestry. Travelers can explore the Piton mountains, and nearby Pigeon Island as well as go on tours of old plantations and botanical gardens. Biking is a popular way to enjoy the island, and there are tour options for every level rider. Additionally, All Terrain Vehicle tours are available, which take guests through St Lucia's lush countryside and banana plantations. Horseback riding, turtle and whale watching are offered as well.
