The Osprey at Beaver Creek ~ Beaver Creek, CO
The newly renovated Osprey at Beaver Creek—the closest hotel to a chairlift in North America—is just steps from Beaver Creek’s thrilling mountain resort and charming pedestrian village. This intimate, casually elegant lodge will offer 43 oversized guest rooms and suites, and exceptional amenities such as a new tapas restaurant, daily complimentary hot breakfast, a fitness center, outdoor pool, hot tub and poolside bar. Its exceptional personalized services will include a ski valet, ski storage, butler, concierge and resort shuttle services. The Osprey at Beaver Creek — an alpine retreat like no other. Opening winter 2008/2009.

Eleven Biscayne Hotel & Spa ~ Miami, FL
Eleven Biscayne Hotel & Spa, located in the heart of super-chic Miami, combines glittering South Florida style, metropolitan sophistication and breezy destination elegance. The luxurious hotel, scheduled to open in early 2009, will feature deluxe water-view guest rooms and suites with floor-to-ceiling windows, an 8,000-square-foot RockResorts Spa and fitness center, an infinity-edge swim spa and lagoon-style swimming pool, gourmet dining, event and meeting facilities and sweeping views of the city and Biscayne Bay.

Rum Cay Resort Marina ~ Port Santa Maria, The Bahamas
Rum Cay Resort Marina is a luxurious, 870-acre Bahamian getaway located on a secluded out-island 165 miles southeast of Nassau. This dazzling enclave, schedule to open in 2010, will feature a lavish RockResorts-branded hotel; mega-yacht marina; lively Castillian village with boutiques, restaurants and nightlife; and private estate residences. The resort will feature an exquisite RockResorts Spa, free-form swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, casual and fine dining, event and meeting facilities, and thrilling outdoor activities such as surfing, fishing, diving, sailing, sunset cruises, golf, horseback riding, eco-tours and more.

Third Turtle Club & Spa ~ Turks & Caicos, Caribbean
An exclusive seaside resort located on the island of Providenciales in the Turks & Caicos island chain, Third Turtle Club will combine breezy, Caribbean-style elegance with plush accommodations, amenities and personalized services. Each of the resort’s one- to fourbedroom luxury residences and suites will feature a gourmet kitchen, spacious terrace and stunning views of the ocean or marina. Its outstanding amenities will include a swanky RockResorts Spa,™ infinity-edge pools, beach cabanas, variety of restaurants, fitness center and tennis court. And its lavish facilities will include a beach club with access to a variety of water sports, a private yacht harbor and a small island connected to the resort via footbridge. in 2011.
