Pre-opening Process Management

Vail Resorts’ database of over 1.8 million households provides for a lucrative audience. Market research indicates that the median yearly household income is $400,000, and that 25% of the households have purchased or exhibited interest in purchasing lodging-related real estate. We use segmentation techniques that allow us to sort our database in numerous ways – including geographic location, household income, age, gender and behavioral detail – in order to target the most qualified potential buyers and provide them with the most compelling offers.
Property Management and Homeowner Associations
We manage approximately 2,000 third-party-owned units, which gives us substantial experience in the management of third-party owner relations. We also have a deep understanding of homeowners’ associations (HOAs), as we currently manage over 90 HOAs. With initiation fees as high as $250,000 (and climbing) on top of regular annual dues, our membership clubs have been incredibly lucrative - and can be to your project as well. We have established and currently operate several private membership clubs, including:

Passport Club at Golden Peak
Charter membership privileges include a reserved parking space, ski locker, ski boot storage, valet, locker rooms, lounge use and snacks.

Game Creek Club
Members of this private, on-mountain club are entitled to dine there during the day (it’s closed to the public for lunch), and receive preferential reservations in the evening.

Beaver Creek Club
This 12,000-square-foot private club is for Beaver Creek homeowners. Members are entitled to eat at both Beano's Cabin and Allie's Cabin, which are closed to the public during lunch.

Bachelor Gulch Club
Members are entitled to eat at Zach's Cabin, which is closed to the public during lunch. They also have access to the 20,000-square-foot spa and fitness center at Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, and a new member's-only lounge.

Arrowhead Alpine Club
This private club is for Arrowhead homeowners. Members are entitled to the use of a lounge, spa and fitness center and private dining at The Arrowhead Mountain Yurt.

Red Sky Ranch & Golf Club
Members enjoy access to two spectacular golf courses, a members only clubhouse and pro shop.

Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis Club
Membership privileges include access to the club’s golf course, tennis courts, indoor swimming facilities and restaurant.

Keystone Golf Club
Members enjoy access to Keystone Ranch Course and The River Course at Keystone.

Vail Mountain Club (opening winter 2007/2008)
This club promises to be the premier alpine club in North America. Membership privileges will include access to a private clubhouse and to RockResorts SpaTM at The Lodge at Vail. Members will also enjoy slopeside valet parking, a slopeside ski valet, a club concierge and more.

The Arrabelle Alpine Club (opening winter 2007/2008)
This world-class club will be located in the heart of the new Vail Square. Membership privileges will include access to RockResorts at The Arrabelle, reserved mountainside parking, an activities director, ski butler, private business center and more.

This Robert Trent Jones, Jr.-designed course has recently been named one of the top 10 golf courses in Colorado.

Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis Club
Recently redesigned by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., this course was ranked the second best course in Wyoming by Golf Digest in 2005.

Keystone Ranch Course
This Robert Trent Jones, Jr.-designed course is known both for its challenging holes and its spectacular views. It helped Keystone Resort garner a Silver Medal from Golf Magazine, 2002-2007.

The River Course at Keystone
This 18-hole course has been hailed as one of the most picturesque in Colorado. Designed by Michael Hurdzan and Dana Fry, this course helped Keystone Resort garner a Silver Medal from Golf Magazine, 2002-2007.

Red Sky Golf Club
This golf community includes two 18-hole professionally designed championship golf courses. The Greg Norman Course was ranked the top course in Colorado, and the Tom Fazio course was ranked the fourth best course in Colorado. Both courses were named in Golf Magazine’s "Top 100 You Can Play" list.
Golf Instruction
We offer elite golf training programs at Beaver Creek Golf Course, Red Sky Golf Club, Keystone Ranch Course, The River Course at Keystone and Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis Club. Each course provides certified PGA instructors that help guests improve their game and maximize their satisfaction. The Red Sky Golf Club offers Colorado's first and only David Leadbetter Golf Academy.
