Tempo Miami ~ Miami, FL
Tempo, by description, is the pace of a musical movement. With its chic sophistication and elegant design, Tempo Miami will be a touchstone of the city’s symphony of style, class and taste—setting the pace for all other hotels in Miami to follow. Located in a soaring 67-story building overlooking Biscayne Bay, Tempo will expertly combine urban sophistication with breezy elegance. Located just one block from Miami’s spectacular new Performing Arts Center and minutes from its countless glittering shops and restaurants, Tempo Miami will feature 56 luxurious guest rooms and suites, an 8,000-square-foot RockResorts Spa®, an infinity-edge sunrise swim spa, a lagoon-style sunset swimming pool, personal concierge services and more. Guests will have the choice of setting their own tempo, either by enjoying a luxurious escape from the staccato pace of the city or by choosing to immerse themselves in the vibrant and creative culture that is Miami. Whatever their choice, Tempo will provide the rhythm. Tempo Miami is scheduled to open in 2009.

Balcones del Atlantico ~ Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic
Balcones del Atlántico is ideally situated on the Dominican Republic’s breathtaking Samaná Peninsula—on one of the most spectacular beaches in the country. Guests of this enchanting beachfront resort can soak up the sun on the beautiful white-sand beach, or enjoy water sports ranging from snorkeling to windsurfing to whale watching. They can take a seaside stroll to the vibrant village of Las Terrenas, a former fishing town rich in culture and history, or explore the island’s awe-inspiring natural attractions, including lush rainforests, majestic waterfalls and unspoiled beaches. Scheduled to open in early 2010, Balcones del Atlantico will initially offer 86 one- to three-bedroom suites, a lavish RockResorts Spa®, fitness center, fine-dining restaurant, beachfront bar and grill and two pools with swim-up bar. Subsequent phases of development will add 250-plus residences; multiple restaurants and bars, pools, hot tubs, private cabanas, over-water palapas and more. One Ski Hill Place ~ Breckenridge, CO
One Skill Hill Place will be among the most luxurious accommodations in Breckenridge. Its 88 deluxe, ski-in/ski-out residences will range from studios to four-bedrooms and include wood floors in the kitchen, granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, a five-piece master bath, stone fireplace, spacious deck and large windows with breathtaking alpine views. Ideally located at the base of Breckenridge's Peak 8, with easy access to the ski slopes and the charming town of Breckenridge, One Skill Hill Place will be the centerpiece of the new Breckenridge Peaks, a lively village offering a variety of lodging, dining and entertainment options. In keeping with Vail Resorts' commitment to the environment, One Skill Hill Place is being built sustainable using the Green Globes rating system. One Skill Hill Place is scheduled to open in 2010.

Rum Cay ~ Rum Cay, The Bahamas
Rum Cay is a dazzling, 870-acre enclave located on a secluded Bahamian out-island. This luxurious destination will include a lavish RockResorts hotel; mega-yacht marina; lively Castilian village with boutiques, restaurants and nightlife; and private estate residences. The hotel will feature an exquisite RockResorts Spa®, free-form swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, casual and fine dining, event and meeting facilities, and thrilling outdoor activities such as surfing, fishing, diving, sailing, sunset cruises, golf, horseback riding, eco-tours and more. Rum Cay is scheduled to open in spring 2012.

Third Turtle Club & Spa ~ Providenciales, Turks & Caicos
An exclusive seaside resort located on the island of Providenciales in the Turks & Caicos island chain, Third Turtle Club will combine breezy, Caribbean-style elegance with plush accommodations, amenities and personalized services. Each of the resort’s one- to four-bedroom luxury residences and suites will feature a gourmet kitchen, spacious terrace and stunning views of the ocean or marina. Its outstanding amenities will include a swanky RockResorts Spa®, infinity-edge pools, beach cabanas, variety of restaurants, fitness center and tennis court. And its lavish facilities will include a beach club with access to a variety of water sports, a private yacht harbor and a small island connected to the resort via footbridge. Third Turtle Club—barefoot bliss at its best. Third Turtle Club is scheduled to open in 2013.

The Mansfield Inn at Stowe ~ Stowe, VT
Nestled in the heart of the Green Mountains, near the slopes of Stowe Mountain Resort, The Mansfield Inn at Stowe will be a unique getaway that expertly combines elegant accommodations, luxury amenities, classic New England style and an array of outdoor adventures. This one-of-a-kind lodge, set to open in 2013, will feature 53 privately owned residences, six spa cabins and three luxury tented accommodations. The resort will also offer a full-service, 6,000-square-foot RockResorts Spa®; a fine-dining restaurant and cozy lounge; intimate meeting space; a warming hut, outdoor heated pool, hot tubs and two paddle tennis courts.
